A thick soup purée with a perfect balance of ginger & carrot. If you love ginger, you will love this soup. The quinoa adds protein, which we all appreciate. The only difference between the Orange Carrot Ginger and the Yellow Carrot Ginger is the color. Both are so pretty to look at! Enjoy this soup, or any of our soups, with our rustic bread. All of our soups eat like a full meal. Most often, you'll have leftovers. If you do, simply put the mason jar in the fridge. It's all good for 2 weeks in the fridge.

Product Life: Your Yellow Carrot Ginger Soup will stay fresh, whether opened or not, for 2 weeks in your fridge. As with most AVGF products, it freezes very well inside the mason jar. Our signature wide mouth mason jars are rated to freeze. With this soup, you have to be patient bringing it from frozen to hot. As it begins to warm up, it will appear as though the texture has been permanently broken. It hasn't. It just needs time to come back to it's original thick purée. Give it 15 minutes on the stove and it will reconstitute to exactly as it was when you first bought it.
